  1. Short:    Version 2.0 of THE Amiga MUD Client.

  7. AmiMUD is the first amiga mud client, it's not an unix porting, so it uses
  8. all the amiga specific features. It's shareware, some of the most advanced
  9. features of this new v2.0 are available only in the registered version.
  10.  
  11. It requires to work OS 2.0 and a TCP stack (AmiTCP/Miami/I-Net225/Mlink)
  12. installed.
  13.  
  14. It doesn't use ANY special GUI engine, it uses only reqtools.library for
  15. the requesters.

  17. Here are the new features of the new version:

  21. - New keyword screenfont/screenfontsize to change the custom screen font.
  22.  
  23. - Speedwalk for quicker movements and simpler macros. (REGISTERED)

  25. - Localization (english/italian/german/swedish/dutch/norwegian).

  27. - Highlines: now you can highlight also a whole line.
  28.  
  29. - Aliases: now you can use shortcut to command or macros.
  30.  
  31. - Rewritten macro hotkey handling code, now works also with macro with parameters.

  33. - Rewritten windows handling code, now it opens with the correct font and with the correct size and position.

  35. - New keywords separator, globalkeys, input_window_y, highline, relogin, rx_path, echo_input, alias, see manual for more info.

  37. - Now you can send many commands in a single line (like tintin++) (REGISTERED)

  39. - ARexx port! (REGISTERED)

  41. - Increased output window scroll speed!

  43. - Included in the archive compiled version for faster processors.
